In general, what's the process for getting help from the Essay Institute?
If a college or grad school student would like us to review her paper, she will submit it to us online and choose the desired level of service—from proofreading to a comprehensive review—when placing the order. Our international/ESL student customers also submit their term paper, thesis or research paper online and choose the requested level of review when placing the order. One of EI's highly qualified tutors will then swing into action and review each submitted paper or practice essay at the requested service level. Within 48 hours—or 24 hours if the student requested rush service—the tutor will email the reviewed essay back to the student directly. Always feel free to contact Essay Institute customer service or your EI tutor if you ever have any questions or concerns.

Why is using EI a good and ethical choice? (Writing Coaching—Not Grade Poaching!)
Everyone knows that downloading an essay someone else wrote and turning it in doesn’t help you improve as a writer and is an unethical choice. (It is cheating and cheaters never win!... What the "essay downloaders" need to keep in mind is that if an athlete wants to perform well on game day, he doesn’t hire someone else to practice for him.) Rather, the most effective way to improve in athletics, math or writing is by working with a good coach, teacher or tutor. Our approach at the Essay Institute is to provide excellent feedback and recommendations but not to write or re-write students' work. We want to help you become a better writer with each paper or essay you submit for review and this wouldn't happen if we did the work for you. Choose writing coaching—not grade poaching.
